Terrifier 3 review. Terrifier 3 theory.
This week I finally got to see Terrifier 3, the third installment in the Terrifier franchise, directed by Damien Leone and starring David Howard Thornton as Art the Clown and Lauren LaVera as Sienna Shaw.
Terrifier 3 sees Art the Clown returning to wreck havoc during the Christmas holiday. Some of his victims include Santa Claus, college students, families and unsuspecting kids at the shopping mall. This time around Art the Clown has brought new weapons with him such as chainsaw, liquid nitrogen and an axe as well as a new sidekick in form of Vicky (Victoria Hayes) who is possessed by the same demonic entity that previously took form a the little pale girl in Terrifier 2. Sienna and her brother, Jonathan, are also back, dealing with the trauma after their experiences in the last film.
In this video i am reviewing the film, what i found interesting and good, what i found disappointing and discuss the amount of gore and shocking content in Terrifier 3, the controversy of this film, funny moments, the plot and David Howard Thornton's performance as Art the Clown. David Howard Thornton wishes to play Joker in the rebooted DC universe and i hope his dream will come true. I believe he'd be perfect in that role.
At first i was sceptical towards this film because of what happens to kids in this film. However, knowing that David Howard Thornton used to be a teacher and is exceptionally good working with kids, it reassured me and affirmed my idea about wanting to see this film.
In this video I am also providing my interpretation on the events taking place towards the end of Terrifier 3 (Terrifier 3 ending explained) and its allusion to The 9th Circle and Dante's Inferno as well as presenting my own theory about Jonathan's death.
