This is a vintage pattern from a book edited by Thérèse de Dillmont. It is available online from the Antique Pattern Library:

Sadly it does not have a name so I just called it "Josephine Edging".
I am using Lizbeth thread in size 20 (in colour Silver). I make the shuttles I use in my videos and they can be regularly found for sale in my Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/lacossette).
