This was a request from a viewer: how to throw a ring when making a split ring. I hope it's useful to some of you! I say in the video to use two differently coloured threads but of course you can make split rings with just one colour and I should have also said that if you wanted to make the thrown ring on the other side of your split ring, you could just reverse your work before making the next split ring and then the thrown ring would be in the purple colour or whichever colour you are using, but on the other side!
