I like using magic loops to hide ends when I finish tatting. However, it can be fiddly and slow to insert the magic loop as you have to pull it through every half stitch so that it lies with the core thread. I gave this some thought and came up with the idea of using a "magic loop helper". This extra piece of thread enables you to tat over the magic loop just as quickly as if it wasn't there! I hope you like the idea.
