Today I'm trying out the Beyond Sausage for the first time! I've had their breakfast sausage before that's available at a couple fast food places, but was definitely looking forward to these. We tried both the mild and hot Italian options. Let me know in the comments if you've had this and what you thought!
So who am I?
Just a mid-30s guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
