Well, it was just my 3rd run in 5 weeks, but here’s me tackling the Digby 10k after 2 years of no in-person races. I made out alright considering my obvious lack of aerobic fitness.

So who am I?
Just a 38-year-old guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
