Day 15 of getting back into running, with the plan of doing a 40-miler for my 40th next July.
Had a short window of opportunity between downpours to get out for a run. Spent a good portion of the day adding a bookshelf to my office and reorganizing everything. Also tried some Beyond Chick’n for the first time.

So who am I?
Just a 39-year-old guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
