Today I'm trying the plantbased chili from President's Choice, the store brand of my local Superstore grocer.
While it was definitely a bit high in sodium, and came in a plastic pouch, I think it's overall a positive to have as an option on the market. But the real question, is how does it taste?

So who am I?
Just a 37-year-old guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it.
