Vega bars have been around for a while but I've been on the fence about trying them because of mixed reviews... so, here I am finally getting around to it, and my review!
So who am I?
Just a mid-30s guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
