Strictly for adults only, more crazy clips from around the world that show the state of television in various other countries, presented of course by Chris Tarrant. Favourite bits for me were the French stuntman with his clumsy slapstick mishaps, and the Japanese game show that almost certainly took its cue - and possibly location - from Takeshi's Castle. The 'televangelists', on the other hand, I'm less keen on, and there are a fair few other things that make you realise just how different certain attitudes were back then. That much I find fascinating, though I expect others may find themselves somewhere between uncomfortable and horrified.
I keep going to great lengths censoring these for a more general audience, yet one of them ended up marked as '18+' anyway, so I haven't bothered this time and simply flagged it myself. Told you my channel isn't "Made for Kids". If it gets taken down, it gets taken down.
Please leave a comment if you know the original broadcast date - the year given at the end says 1996, but that's the best I can do.
