Talplex is an IDM project with an obvious affinity towards Aphex Twin (not a bad thing at all). They are a member of the enigmatic Forest Kids Collective, a fascinating 'virtual label' project I may have to do a video on some time soon, if you can all stomach even more of my vibes-based rambling about instrumental music, that is! This tape includes pretty much everything Talplex (except the Danxing EP, which I believe wasn't even made yet, sigh), and Time Freeze which I can live without. Stick around for the bonus track Old Deals, featuring RANDEL .theghost.
!!Side B, Early Works features much lower levels in the left channel than the right channel. I tried boosting them artificially but was left with a staticky mix. I have opted to present this tape as-is!!
