Solo training to develop tactile control skills (dexterity, sensitivity, agility, flow) in order to control the opponent's position, incoming force and also the distance between us by using our hands as "sensors". These skills will then be immediately used to launch our own attack, be it a strike or a move to disrupt the opponent's balance. In this case we use balls of different sizes, as well as a variety of supporting elements (hands, body, heavy bag, B.O.B., wall).

In order of appearance in the video :

1) tennis ball
2) small ball
3) medium ball
4) small ball with footwork
5) small ball on the heavy bag
6) small ball on the B.O.B.
7) volleyball ball against the wall
