Taken from our "Solo training for Combat Skills vol.2" instructional video, this is one of the many coordination patterns and drills demonstrated throughout the video. Advanced coordination is a huge factor for complex combat skills and applications and in this case, we focus on the horizontal figure 8 (or infinity sign) pattern done with both arms, but with a specific coordination that is characteristic of the Russian fist fighting method, also known as Russian fisticuffs.
