In this video, I take a close look at the SVBony ACT20 waterproof action camera. At a price point just above $100, this budget camera promises HD performance, but does it live up to the hype? I'll walk you through an honest review based on my experience testing it in real-world conditions.
Unfortunately, there are a few key issues. Despite being marketed as 4K, the footage feels upscaled, and the field of view is surprisingly narrow for an action camera. Audio quality falls short, with muffled sound that impacts the overall experience. Stabilization is minimal, leaving footage shaky, and image noise is noticeable, especially in lower light.
While this may be a decent entry point for beginners looking to dip their toes into action cameras, I can't confidently recommend it to those seeking quality footage and reliability. If you're serious about action videography, this may not be the one for you!
