0:09 - To fall over the fireballs, I pull back on the analog stick just before bouncing off the Luma.

0:40 - I think what happens here is that Luigi is jumping off the Whomp's foot, which has a hitbox larger than its model. I wasn't going for this at all, and I still can't believe I was lucky enough for this to happen in this run.
