As part of their "Sizzling Summer" promotion, Jagex has decided to help with five competitions by giving out packs of rewards. I was lucky enough to be chosen to host a competition so I decided to host a Barrows Beatdown. I have all of the rules and submission guidelines listed below, but, in short, the person who does the most full barrows rounds in 30 minutes will receive Green Skin, Ice Mask, Barbed Bow, Turkey Hat, and a 75 Squeal of Fortune spin pack directly from Jagex.

Jagex gave me the link specifically in order to track traffic from this video, but I personally never click shortened links so if you don't want to use it then you can just sign up for membership normally :)

Submissions/Winning:
1. To enter the competition just record 30 minutes of doing barrows and post the footage as a video response to this video. It doesn't need to be amazing quality, but it should at least be good enough to read the ingame text easily. If you haven't done any recording before you could use a free screen recorder like the unregistered version of Hypercam 2 or Camtasia. If you need a timer I recommend Multitrack Stopwatch or an online timer like timeanddate.com/timer
2. Your video must be submitted as a video response by 11:59PM EST on Sunday the 5th of August = 4:59AM GMT on Monday = 1:59PM in Australia on Monday. I get email notifications when a video response is submitted so as long as it was submitted before the ending time it will be accepted. But try not to leave it till the last minute please.
3. Make sure to include the number of barrows runs you did in the title. For example: Summer Barrows Beatdown - 8 Runs
4. In the event of a tie, the fastest single barrows run in the tied videos will be used to determine a winner. The time will be from when you pass through the archway into the barrows area(http://i.imgur.com/GIRdv.jpg) until the barrows chest is looted.
5. If you win I would need your permission to upload clips from your barrows runs for a congratulations/shoutout video.
6. The winner will recieve the following items courtesy of Jagex: Green Skin, Ice Mask, Barbed Bow, Turkey Hat, 75 Squeal of Fortune spin pack.

Rules:
1. 6 brothers must be killed(7 is optional if akrisae is unlocked). You can kill Akrisae instead of one of the others if you'd like.
2. Must start your timer at the archway leading into the barrows area.
3. Since there's no way to prevent it, you can go and check which tunnel you have on your first run before starting your recording/timer.
4. No veng other or energy transfer spells allowed.
5. Must record your full runescape screen and upload the unedited footage.

-Can I upload 30 minutes of footage without being partnered?
I'm pretty sure you can, but if you have problems just upload in three 10 minute sections.

-Can I speed up the footage so the video file is smaller?
Please don't alter the video footage unless you need to split it into the three 10 minute sections. Speeding it up makes it impossible to tell how long it actually is.

-Can I pot and prepare myself with other items before passing the archway?
Yes. The only thing you can't do before starting your recording/timer is to kill anything.

-Can I die once and use my gravestone to get supplies easily?
Yes

-I have a super awesome strategy that I don't want people to see. Is there another way to submit the video?
Upload it as private, add me to the list of people who can view it, and message me the link

-Can I submit multiple attempts?
Yes

-Is it allowed to kill a barrow brother and loot the chest while it is doing its death animation? Or do I have to wait until the kill register? Or do I have to wait until the brother's name show up on the list?
You just need to kill it rather than wait for its name to register.

-Does it count if I kill a brother after looting the chest when the ground is shaking? (The kill doesn't register from doing this.)
No. The kills need to register(even if they haven't shown up yet like in the previous question)

-Is it allowed to kill the same brother multiple times before looting the chest?
No

-Allowed to have a friend killing the small creatures in the chest room to make sure you're never in combat and can use the medallion freely?
I'd rather people didn't do this, but it would be too hard to prove that someone randomly in barrows wasn't there to help, so I guess it has to be allowed.
