The Gielinor Games are Runescape's version of the Olympics. Currently you can get a headstart on the reward points by doing the daily activity shown in this video.
You need to do 3 different things which give you roughly 60 points each. There are two smithing/mining activities which are very straightforward and simple, and then a cooking activity which is slightly less straightforward. For the cooking activity just check each type of food and use the 4 items which give the highest point value.
The rewards appear to be mostly cosmetic, although some may have a use that hasn't been announced yet.
The games themselves should come out next week.

Infinite healing works by using abilities that dont require you to be in combat(like freedom, escape, and anticipation) to boost your adrenaline so you can use rejuvenate and regenerate to heal. It is very useful in places where you run out of food(fight caves/kiln) and between boss kills while waiting for spawns. You can also do some defensive abilities with a shield while not in combat, but not everyone uses a shield so I didnt include those in the video.
Activity Bar Skilling:
The main obvious use is dropping items. It doesnt work on all items(like logs, which have a craft option) but its great for dropping ores and raw fish.
It can also be used to bury bones and clean herbs very easily. Burying bones is mostly just for f2p but its still not bad. Also please note that the bone burying in the video was sped up and the actual bury rate is around 4.2k bones buried per hour.
