Infinite healing works by using abilities that don't require you to be in combat(like freedom, escape, and anticipation) to boost your adrenaline so you can use rejuvenate and regenerate to heal. It is very useful in places where you run out of food(fight caves/kiln) and between boss kills while waiting for spawns. You can also do some defensive abilities with a shield while not in combat, but not everyone uses a shield so I didn't include those in the video.
Activity Bar Skilling:
The main obvious use is dropping items. It doesn't work on all items(like logs, which have a craft option) but it's great for dropping ores and raw fish.
It can also be used to bury bones and clean herbs very easily. Burying bones is mostly just for f2p but it's still not bad. Also please note that the bone burying in the video was sped up and the actual bury rate is around 4.2k bones buried per hour.
