*Why can't I recover my life?*
Eternal Life prevents your life from changing while you have ES

*What to quality first?*
One Gemcutter Prism on Dark Effigy so that you get % Chance to Wither on Hit with Dark Effigy. Then you quality Withering Presence (base duration increase) but it's not necessary.

*Skill Rotation?*
Contagion and then Essence Drain. Contagion will spread the Essence Drain debuff.
For bosses/tough rares you use Dark Effigy. You need to have both Contagion and Essence Drain on the boss and Dark Effigy will shoot out a lot of projectiles.

*Spirit Gems?*
Withering Presence first.
Then you can go for Convalesence. Once you have 100 Spirit you can go for Withering Presence and Blink. Convalesence you put on the second weapon set in the skill menu.

*How do you use Blink, Withering Presence and Convalesence with only ~ 100 Spirit?*
Convalesence is activated on the second weapon set and blink is deactivated on the second weapon set.
Weapon set 1- Withering Presence & Blink
Weapon set 2 - Withering Presence & Convalesence

*Specters*
No specters. Not useful for this build as far as I know.

*Atlas Tree?*
I don't know whats "meta" atm so I won't give any recommendations.

*Does Unholy Might help?*
Unholy Might will only apply to the hit part of your ED.
