In this episode we will try to make a DIY vermouth that is shelf stable so we can all stop wasting vermouth.
How to make shelf stable vermouth may be as easy as using a clarified wine as a base for our DIY vermouth. So far, it seems very promising but we will have to wait a couple more weeks to be fully sure it worked.
