Anytime I hear “everyone needs to…”

it’s usually coming from someone who hasn’t worked with a wide range of clients.

What is required:

- Mobility
- Basic movement skills
- Power
- Strength
- Cardiovascular fitness

The method depends on the person.

Training needs to be scalable.

Not everyone needs to sprint.
Not everyone needs to squat.
Not everyone needs to run.
But everyone needs to train.

Your job as a coach is to remove barriers—not create them.
Stop forcing people into your favorite methods.
Start finding ways to meet them where they are.
