Once again it's time to view the morning sky in March 2020... for Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn; as they cross paths in two conjunctions-- Mars/Jupiter, Mars/Saturn.

A conjunction is defined as when two celestial objects occupy the same "sky longitude" along (in this case) the Ecliptic Line. This can be along, either the Celestial Grid (Declination & Right Ascension), or the Ecliptic Grid (Ecliptic Latitude & Longitude). Either is acceptable, but more often than not the Celestial grid is considered more universal, as conjunctions involving objects not directly related to our solar system, would have no connection to the sun's ecliptic (and ecliptic grid) whatsoever.
