Andrea Rossi believes you should never be in your comfort zone.

Before becoming group CEO of global investment manager M&G, Rossi spent 20 years at the French insurance corporation AXA. To stay challenged while remaining at the same company, he moved through different parts of the business.

“I moved from corporate to business units, back to corporate, insurance to asset management. So, yes, the 20 years went rather quickly,” he said.
