I recently got the Gamecube version of Pikmin 2, which means I can experiment with day 1 extinctions now! Huzzah

The cutscene that plays on day 1 when you let the first Pikmin sprout sit in the ground for a little bit is on a timer, meaning we can perform Cutscene Timer Storage on it! However, if the game detects that you've already plucked a red Pikmin, the timer deactivates, the same way it would if you plucked the first Pikmin on day 1 quickly. The cutscene also zooms in on a sprout, so if no sprouts exist to be zoomed in on, the game crashes.

If you want to know more about Cutscene Timer Storage, please be sure to check out some of my recent videos!

Sorry about the reflection in the tv, I have a decent amount of content that I want to do, so I can't do all of my recording at night.

The title is a rip of Stryder7x's vids.
