EDIT: This glitch ONLY works on Wii version. I'm not sure why the Wii version has this wonky collision with these walls, but the Gamecube version seems to work as intended.

Turns out objects get real glitchy when pushed into a dirt wall. I also did some more testing and this occurs with stone walls, including the part that gets torn down, aka the middle.

This glitch is what makes it possible to collect the Positron Generator on day 2: youtube.com/watch?v=V7gJSK14Vjw. This part is small enough such that it's placed right on top of Olimar, and he pushes it through the ground. Then, because of out of bounds mechanics, it pops back up. More places where the Positron Generator can pop up can be seen at the end of this video: youtube.com/watch?v=sKqqbG2fM9g. This same method could be applied to other parts; the best case scenario would be pushing parts Out of Bounds and having them pop back up at the landing site. This could help with optimizing categories such as onionless and 50-pikmin. We'll have to wait and see.
