Pikachu is pushed off the stage when thunder hits a shield. It's punishable, but the punish is awkward to get due to the invincibility on thunder. This also can punish some options from the ledge, such as ledge jump and an aerial from the ledge. This is really just something that's interesting over being useful. Could catch a few opponents off guard the first few times, but that's about it.
