A quicker video that I did not put much effort into scripting.
The inputs for this are a direction then quarter circle to the direction you want a minute angle in. So quarter circle and release the stick in one motion. If you want to change the angle even further, you can go beyond a quarter circle for more drastic angles or do notch to notch for a more subtle angle.
If you notice yoshi facing slightly down from right, then you have the angle to just go for the flutter. Otherwise just try again until you get it like a normal QBF.

This set up is more ideal as it gives more consistent results with easy ability to retry.
