The Custom Hydra Splatling is here! Let's see how it is with some Tower Control. On what stage now? Oh, right, that's new too. I really should recon these things first. Never mind, I can wing it. There's the Tower, there's a weird moving platform, this is fine.

I catch a roller trying to pin a squidmate, push back the Splatterscope, and get pushed in to the Tower. Okay, I'll ride it. I hit the Splatterscope and push forwards, throwing out a Splatterscreen, but the action is behind me, a teal inkling on the Tower. Not for long, and a squidmate brings the Tower back to me.

I hop off again as a Wave Breaker lands. That lets me catch the Carbon Roller coming back towards me, doing a very me thing of rushing headlong towards a Hydra Splatling. It gets the same result too. The Splatterscope moves in an unfortunate direction too, and after the pair of splats I catch up with the Tower, now at the second checkpoint.

We're safely in a Bubble, then safely behind an off-kilter Splatterscreen. It's for the best, as you can't see anything through that thing. I'm not sure it is that useful if you actually have range. Never mind, the Splatterscope gets some height to avoid it, which lets me see and splat them, but the rest of my charge is wasted, and a Decavitator jumps on to the Tower before I get much charge back. They splat me, but it's not enough to stop our momentum, my squidmates riding the Tower to the goal seconds later. Woomy!
