Exodus122 | Spirit Silver Block Skip with Armos and Stick or Default Damage @exodus122 | Uploaded 2 years ago | Updated 5 hours ago
I discovered that slashing an Armos with a Deku Stick gives a large speed boost, equal to slashing a boulder, which you can preserve by equipping hover boots. I show it in the first part of the video to clip through the pillar and skip the silver block. Then bliny found that you can also use a default damage crouch stab on the Armos to get the speed boost, shown in the second part of the video. You must not have swung a sword/stick/hammer since entering Spirit Temple for the crouch stab to work. You can do the same thing to get to child side of spirit. I also noticed that slashing a Beamos gives the same amount of speed, but works with a regular slash, instead of a Stick or Default Damage.

For reference, these are the speeds of most hover boots tricks:
-Hoverslide: 18
-Slash boulder + equip hover boots: 10
-Hammerslide: 10
-Slash Armos with Deku Stick or Default Damage: 10
-Take damage + equip hover boots: 7
-Crouch stab recoil: 6
-Slash wall + equip hover boots: 4
