Hotteok is a popular Korean street snack. It is a type of filled pancake with classic filling of nuts and cinnamon sugar. Now not only that you can make this delicious snack at home, you can even clear up your sourdough discard. So what are you still waiting for?

Hotteok dough
200g sourdough discard
200g all purpose flour
20g sugar
140g water
5g salt
25g cooking oil

Hotteok Filling
30g Chopped almonds
100g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
