Similarly, like Get Carter and Prime Cut, this was a big one for me and a daunting prospect to review. Films this good need due justice done to them, and as you’ll have gathered by now, I’m a bit of a limited hack when it comes to writing, video-making and analysis. But the ever-present threat of impending failure is no good reason not to try. So, I’ve given it a shot. Sorcerer, a film simply too damned good for the critics and the public of the 1970s.
