Wow, this took forever to make. This video includes 252 glitch levels past level 4 in Sonic Spinball.
Update: Apparently, I was wrong about there being only 252 glitch levels. The level values are Big Endian, and this was recorded at a time before I knew what that was. There are actually thousands of glitch levels, but there's no way I can fit all that in a video, it would be DAYS long. I will check out the remaining thousands of levels over time, but I doubt I'll upload any. Aside from the levels having different glitch tiles and colors, the levels play out more or less the same.
