Got a couple requests for this. It can be obtained at any time once the glitch menu becomes available after finishing Gaffer's Buggy and Hag's House. The PAL version of this glitch is pretty much the same as the American version, the only differences are the glitch menu triggers and the time it takes to get the buster sword, since the PAL version scrolls slower than the NTSC-U version.
