Since we are still waiting for RYOBI's solar products announced in 2021, I thought I would design/build a solar charger for all RYOBI 18V tools. It uses the Victron MPPT solar charge controller and SunPower 50 Watt Flexible Monocrystalline High Efficiency Solar Panels. You can charge the 18V battery while it is being used. It also works with an AC adapter that can be used to charge the battery if you don't have solar.
