The Huyck Preserve offers 12 miles of trails for hiking. The trails give hikers access to over 2000 acres of forest, field, and wetlands, including the Rensselaerville Falls, which cascade over 120 feet. Lake Myosotis is open to the public for kayaking. The Huyck Preserve Visitors' Center is located at the back entrance to the Mill House in the hamlet of Rensselaerville, NY.
