By popular demand, I'm about to get Industrial... industrial computing, that is!

I have several Single Board Computers that follow the PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group) standard, any of which would be cool for gaming (just not all the same era of games). I have a New Old Stock industrial chassis, and it's beige, so it is era-appropriate for most (if not all) of my working SBCs.

But, of course, since the on-board graphics didn't work on my last Socket 7 SBC, I've gone to eBay (the place where I buy the things I later regret™) to buy yet another cheap Socket 7 SBC - $30 plus $15, and it didn't even have to cross an ocean (or have its bracket bent to fit in the box). Bonus: its on-board graphics chip is an ATI Mach64... Nice!

And since the brand new backplane I bought from Mouser didn't fit the enclosure (wrong screw hole pattern), and I didn't feel like breaking the pristine beige power coat to make new holes, I went to eBay and found a backplane that appears to have the correct mounting hole pattern.

Will the "new" old backplane actually fit the enclosure? Will the power supply in the enclosure work? Will I actually play any games, or will I run out of time running benchmarks? You'll have to watch to find out!
