It could be argued that one of the most important skills developed during flight training is the ability to make an emergency landing in the event of an engine failure. In this video, one of my instructors, Ashish, takes me through a simulated engine fire and engine failure in the Cessna. We end up making an "emergency" landing at the Santa Paula airport in California. I always enjoying checking out all the cool airplanes at Santa Paula anyway, but this was extra exciting!

Once again, big shout out to The Flight Academy at Van Nuys for letting me share these videos of my flight training! Link here: theflightacademycali.com
