After purchasing this 2002 Saab 9-3 SE Turbo Convertible on Craigslist for $1200 and owning it for more than a year, I'm now convinced that an old Saab is the cheapest, most fun you can buy! How else can you get a turbocharged convertible for under 2 grand? Let's review this cheap Swedish delight!
