It's cold and there was snow on the ground!! Time to get the snow plow ready!!!
Last year my snow pusher mod worked great but it had some issues!! I better look after them before winter sets in in earnest!!
One of the problems I had with my snow pusher was with the spacer block for the wings. There is a wooden block that I use for a support at the back edge of the wing where it connects to the plow mold board. This wooden spacer gets exposed to a lot of lateral force and one of them ended up splitting due to this force.
So I want to make a new spacer block for this winter. It'll still be made from wood. I want to use wood as it is lighter and makes mounting the wing easy for me. But I'll make the spacer from plywood this time.
