Today is Good Friday.
The most solemn day in the Christian liturgical calendar. The day Jesus Christ, God's only son, laid down his life so we may live.
Janet and I both wish everyone a blessed and happy Easter. Every year it seems there are so many bad things going on around the world and Easter seems to be a time when we can reflect, repent and forgive. Where we can join hands and move forward in brotherly love and there will be an end to hatred and power dominance. And this year seems to be no different.
Let us all bow our heads, and with what ever God we choose to put our trust in, may we ask for a kinder and gentler world and that peace and respect for each other becomes the popular charism of the day!!
