Do you think the winter is finished? I hope I don't jinx it but I think it's all over and done with for this year!!
So after a pretty good winter with lots of snow and especially wind, I want to check out my attachment shelter and the Massey Motel to see how they fared.
I had some comments about the attachment shelter maybe going to get blown off it's base or even worse as my buddy Craig from Everyday Projects said it would be blown out onto the lake!! So I hope no one gets offended but the shelter stayed put. Never moved even a little.
The Massey Motel needs more paint, but I kind of expected that. Plus the door on the Massey Motel will need to be replaced and again, I expected that.
The attachment shelter stayed very good. My son Chris gave me the idea to use ratchet straps over the roof rafters to secure the tarp and keep it from bellowing too much. That was a great idea Chris as the tarp has no issues what-so-ever with the winds.
Let me know what you folks think. Did the shelters do OK through the winter?
Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy the video. Please 'thumbs up' me and leave me some comments. And if you haven't done so already, please consider 'subscribing' to my channel. It sure helps my videos get noticed and my channel grow. I hope you all have a great week.
