pannenkoek2012 | SM64 - Tick Tock Clock 100 Coins & Stop Time for Red Coins - 0x A Presses @pannenkoek2012 | Uploaded 10 years ago | Updated 1 day ago
I collect both the 100 coin star and the star Stop Time for Red Coins in Tick Tock Clock using 0 A presses. Although these stars both require 0 A presses individually, it takes an A press to enter Tick Tock Clock. Thus, it is better to collect theses two stars at the same time so that Mario only needs to jump into the course once, and thereby save an A press implicitly. Thus, I recommend combining these two stars, as it is the optimal strategy.
This video is an improvement from my previous video in which I collected the 100 coin star and another star in 9 A presses. You can find that video here: youtube.com/watch?v=dWtFLKTTF7k. Since then, I've realized I could clone coins by bringing fake bob-ombs up the rotating platforms if I entered the course at 6.
