Sinking City 2 - All 3 Mask Locations in Chapter 3 - Complete EASY Guide
Three preserved human faces are hidden across the Akeley hospital grounds in Chapter 3, and the task tracker keeps them under finding another way into the theater. This walks all three in the order they come, with the map open before each one so you can see where to stand.
The first is in the Morgue. Open the cabinet and what slides out is a sealed metal container rather than the mask, so you rotate it until every marker on it turns from red to green and it opens on the Woman's Face Mask. The second one, the Old Man's Face Mask, arrives in two halves and each half is locked in a container of its own. One is on the table in the Examination Room, the other is across the site by Orthotic Consulting and the Prosthetics Lobby, and taking the right half adds a Reassemble the Face Mask task on top of the two you are already carrying.
The third takes no puzzle at all. The Head Surgeon's Face Mask sits on a wooden crate among the jars in the Sacristy, beside the chapel, and you pick it straight up. That closes the set at 3 of 3, and the prism still wants charging at three stations, which is the guide linked first below.
