Sinking City 2 - How to Get Voss's Target Grip - Devil Reef Safe (Chapter 2)

The safe is a V. Hatherley dial in the hotel, on the route to Lorelei the Siren, and the map at the start of the video shows exactly which room it is in.

Inside is Voss's Target Grip, a custom handgun grip, along with shotgun ammunition. The grip is worth the detour on its own, because it is a permanent weapon part rather than a consumable.
