Mortal Shell 2 - How to Beat Sariel - Unlock Clockwork Scythe, Caged Hystrix and Sariel Shell
This run takes the whole Sariel set in one go, the Shell, the Clockwork Scythe and the Caged Hystrix sidearm, and it finishes on the Ruk memory. Start from the Silent Steps beacon. The route out from it leads to Sariel the Endless, and the fight runs in two phases with a walk between them.
Phase one happens out in the open snow, which gives you room to circle him. The build used here is Smert the Apostate. Once phase one is down, wait rather than backtrack: the main gate ahead opens on its own, and the fight picks up again through the mist. Phase two is fought in a far tighter room, and the short space is the whole reason it is harder.
Four stones are the part that catches people out. Destroy all four or he is reborn and you fight him again. The rewards then come in order once he falls: the Clockwork Scythe first, then the prompt to inhabit the Sariel the Endless Shell, then the Caged Hystrix out in the desert. The last stretch is the memory itself, the one where Sariel turns a man into Ruk.
