Installing the fold out legs on the cornhole board. I start by drilling a perfectly straight hole through the 2×4 using a drill guide, shape the leg to a clean round profile, then use it as a guide to drill the frame and test fit with the bolt installed. Now I have a leg that can fold out for the proper angle of the board and fold in for storage. Check out the tools used on our site -
