After cutting these HDPE garden signs, I trimmed the tabs, flush trimmed the edges on the router table, and added a small roundover to soften everything up. The rounded edges make a huge difference on HDPE since the material can leave some surprisingly sharp corners after machining. Really clean finish using standard woodworking router bits on plastic.
