The PM15BHH 15" Helical Head Powermatic planer is officially up and running! After getting it into place and connecting dust collection, it was time to calibrate the DRO and see how it performs on some real wood. We ran a piece of figured walnut through the helical cutterhead and checked the results against the digital readout. Accurate measurements, excellent surface finish, and a clean cut even through figured grain. So far, this machine is making a great first impression. Check out the tools used on our website -
