A small bit can make a big difference on the edge of a sign blank. In this reel, I’m installing the Amana Tool 54160 Carbide Tipped Corner Round Router Bit into the Jessem router table, then using it to add a clean rounded profile to the edge of the wood.This bit can produce a few slightly different looks depending on the setup and how the workpiece is passed over the cutter, which makes it a handy option when you want a softer finished edge or a more detailed bead-style profile.All tools used are available from @toolstoday, check them out on our site!
