I serviced a winder for my own use using salvaged, modified and eBay found supplies. In this video I mention how it’s running in reverse not forward and that all it needed was a switch. This was wrong. It needed to have its polarity reversed. The spindle part was removed and reinstalled upside down. Fixed. Reassembled and working!
